“Critical thinking is thinking about your thinking while you’re thinking in order to make your thinking better.”—Richard W. Paul

Critical thinking is the way of thinking that prepares an individual to raise important questions, assess something, and come to sensible conclusions. You can use critical thinking to examine and assess things from a different perspective, as well as to analyze ideas without prejudice. It allows you to put your conclusions and generalizations to the test, develop your belief patterns based on a wide range of experiences, and make accurate judgments about specific things and qualities in everyday life. Critical thinking helps an individual deal with complex problems by coming up with a proper solution.
